Class Tuition/Fees
Energy Dance Center offers two enrollment options: Drop In and/or monthly membership tuition. Drop In classes allow busy families the flexibility to attend a class(es) with available space on an infrequent basis. Semester tuition is for families with a dancer committed to attending every class and provides a slight discount to those enrolled.
Annual membership costs are based on the total number of classes in a calendar year. A monthly payment option is provided for the annual tuition, which is the same charge each month, regardless of the amount of weeks in the month. For example, a month with 3 weeks is the same cost as a month with 5.
Enrolling in monthly tuition reserves a place in class for your dancer and is necessary for our more popular classes that are at capacity. If this does not fit your schedule, we recommend our Drop In rate which is more flexible. You can determine if a class has availability each week by visiting the parent portal. If the class is full, you cannot use the Drop In and will need to find a class with availability.
ALL TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We do not pro-rate tuition based on missed classes or dropped classes. By registering for semester tuition you have reserved a spot in a class which prevents others from registering or attending. If you are unsure about your schedule or availability please see the Drop In rates below.
There is an annual registration fee of $55 charged to each new student when they register, and new or returning families each September.

1 Regular Class: $80/month (School programs vary based on class)
1 Combo Class: $110/month
2 Classes: $155/month
3 Classes: $180*
4 Classes: $210*
5: $240*
6+: $260*
*These are monthly installment prices, and do not reduce or increase based on the number of weeks in a specific month. Multiply this amount by 10 to get the amount of tuition for the season.
A 5% discount is offered to those who pay the full season (September thru May) in advance. No refunds.
Drop In Class: $25 per class

Summer Camps and Intensive sessions are announced via email, and require registration at least 1 week prior to the event.
Payment Options
You are welcome to pay with cash and checks in person at the studio. Invoices are sent out to all enrolled students on the 1st of each month, including a link to pay online. All card payments are subject to a 3rd party payment processing fee.
Check Payments
Please make checks payable to Energy Dance Center and include your dancer's name in memo line.
Payment is due on or before the first class of each month. A $25 late fee is added on each class day a dancer attends class with a negative balance on their account.
