2019 Recital Schedule

April 30th- Personal & Business Ads are due WITH payment

May 4th and 5th: Stage Mom/Volunteer meetings at 3pm.

-You MUST attend one of these meetings (welcome to attend both to be extra ready!) to keep your job as a backstage volunteer!

May 6-11th: Last regular class week before the show!

May 13th-16th: Rehearsal Week (NO REGULAR CLASSES)

-May 13th: Show 2 Rehearsal 5-6:30pm

-May 14th: Show 1 Rehearsal 5-6:30pm

-May 15th: Show 2 Rehearsal 5-6:30pm

-May 16th: Show 1 Rehearsal 5-6:30pm

May 19th: Show Day!

-Arrive on time or early for your hair and/or make up appointments

-Show 1 Dancers arrive to their designated dressing room at 1pm with hair and make up DONE

-Show 2 Dancers arrive to their designated dressing room at 3:15pm with their hair and make up DONE

-ONLY documented and trained Stage moms/volunteers will be allowed in the dressing rooms after 1:40pm.
